Bad Polk
The factory speakers on my Acura Legend were making buzzing noise so I thought it was time to change it. So, I bought set of Polk 6x9 and 6 1/2 to replace factory speakers which are paper base but it hits hard on the base which I like. But when I con

Lot of BANG for the Buck
Installed these in the cockpit of my 23' boat and hooked them up to a 40 watt x 2 head unit and WOW. They sound great. Lots of base, mid, and high end tones. Really sound great without an additional amp or speakers. I will probably add an amp down th

Upgrade
I bought these to upgrade the factory speakers in my '06 Monte Carlo. The difference is night and day. The clarity is amazing.

Sounded good while they lasted
Great sounding speakers but had one blow one month after the year warranty expired. I still have the stock stereo and no amplifier too. And to add insult to injury, they're only sold in pairs. Maybe I just got a lemon but they were great for short te

Good, Versatile 6x9

poor review
This was my first time using Polk speakers. I will say it's my last. They have horrible mids and screachy highs. I feel like i'm listening to music inside a tin cup. I may upgrade to a higher quility Polk, but never would I suggest these speakers.

Nice and tight - excellent for my boat
I purchased a pair of the 6x9 and 5 1/4" speakers to install in my vintage 1971 speedboat. Coupled with the infinity bass link and a Jensen head unit the system really rocks - hard! I have received a number of compliments on the sound system - for

Nice speakers. Very crisp and clean. Theyre not subs, but they do bump pretty good. Very clean bass. Pretty loud and just crystal clear.
