The harmonies are wonderful, the words are meaningful, and the tunes are melodic. I highly recommend this group if you like folk/rock. I consider this one of their best CDs.

Carbon Leaf has a clean layered multiple guitar sound that resembles nothing so much as Irish and Scottish bands from the 80's and early 90's, especially Big Country and Simple Minds. In fact, a lot of this music would fit very nicely...
