Overall it's a high quality phone. I had one for about a year and it worked great for me. The worst problem I had was the keys cracking after a while. They still work fine so it's only a cosmetic issue, but it might annoy people....

Sony Ericsson W580. Good points, nothing, The number buttons cracked, the call buttons fell off. It keeps on saying that the Sim card has come out and it clearly hasn't. The background has frozen with a big delete on it.
