PROS: FASTEST INTERNET AROUND! MORE VALUE! SPRINT SERO DISCOUNT'S EXCELLENT SIGNAL IN MY AREA! NO SIM CARD CHEAP BILL! ($50 a month, free internet, text, mms, m2m and Nights @ 6... the works)
CONS: No SIM card. Confusing Bill (but I've never seen any cellphone provider who's wasn't and I've seen all the big named ones.)

I would like it if better phones were offered to new customers. I find that I do not have a lot of the features I need to conduct my business. I also don't care for the 2 year waiting clause until I am eligible for an upgrade.

PROS: After being an at&t-cingular-at&t customer for over 10 years, I have enjoyed my Sprint service so far. Customer service is exceptional, I have had some dropped calls and some internet interruptions, but I have been compensated.
CONS: I didt care for the original phone when I first ported over. It constantly over heated, but I was compensated with the next level phone for a slight discount.

PROS: I like this phone for its' ability to accurately sync with Outlook and with my Ford INSYNC Bluetooth. The phone is programmable (Windows 6.0) and upgradable to Windows 6.1. If you use voice-activated dialing, you will find this phone convenient.
CONS: External (speakerphone) speaker is usable but not good quality. If you are a heavy text messager- then you may find this phone's soft button features inconvenient. The ability to use VZ Navigator (Verizon GPS) has been allowed with Windows 6.1.

PROS: Compact size
CONS: Not a smart phone. CANNOT do lots of simple functions such as reset call timers, change font type face, unable to hide contact list in SIM card resulting in duplicating viewing and lastly, VERY POOR customer service helpdesk!! Annoying in fact!

PROS: The HTC Touch Cruise offers great navigation and ships with U.S. maps. The HTC Footprints application provides a nice way to record highlights of your trip. The Windows Mobile smartphone also features 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.2-megapixel came
CONS: The screen isn't the sharpest, and it washes out in bright sunlight. It's also a bit small for in-car navigation. The onscreen keyboard is cramped, and expandable memory is limited when using maps.
