PROS: It reads great for all the right reasons, ie all the features it has.
CONS: Just a pain to navigate for me, screen too small to use it without the stylist. It seemed that it had a hundred different ways of getting to say the internet, text or calls.

CONS: The Sony Ericsson W380a's volume level was a bit soft. Also, it lacks video recording and its internal memory is too small.

CONS: Buttons very small. Screen breaks very easily. Buttons break very easily. Button location is very annoying. Not a durable phone at ALL. Charger input is a big upset. Battery life is horrible. Video recording is very blurry.
