PROS: Cool looking, easy to use & very clear screen
CONS: Text message alert has only 4 different tones & NO volume control. Its so quiet no way could I hear it in my handbag or in my husbands pocket. The phones had to go back. We got Samsung X830 , now they are really cool.

I've been with US Cellular for over 6 years. Only dropped calls are when I go into a Jewel Food Store. If the pricing on the extras were not so much, I'd go there. That is typical for all carriers though.
