PROS: the 1.3 mega pixel camera is awesome the inner screen is really bright awesome picture the speaker is really good mp3s sound great the outer screen is big caller id is easy to read

PROS: Beautiful large internal screen, photo id calling on external screen, decent camera, wallpaper shuffling, ability to make your own wallpapers on a computer (iFRANVIEW) and save them onto SD chip, and MORE THAN 160 CHARACTER TEXTS! HALLELUGIA!!
CONS: VERY poor battery life, fragile, loud side push-button opening mechanism, heavy and bulky size, fluctuating signal, faulty and delayed texting (says "message could not be sent" when it WAS sent, and other "excuses")

PROS: FASTEST INTERNET AROUND! MORE VALUE! SPRINT SERO DISCOUNT'S EXCELLENT SIGNAL IN MY AREA! NO SIM CARD CHEAP BILL! ($50 a month, free internet, text, mms, m2m and Nights @ 6... the works)

PROS: After being an at&t-cingular-at&t customer for over 10 years, I have enjoyed my Sprint service so far. Customer service is exceptional, I have had some dropped calls and some internet interruptions, but I have been compensated.
CONS: I didt care for the original phone when I first ported over. It constantly over heated, but I was compensated with the next level phone for a slight discount.
