PROS: Great design and good value for money. Good basic phone with a couple of extras. The FM radio sound is good.
CONS: Only thing is it does not have a huge memory for pictures. You just have to be choosy in what ones you want to keep on your phone..... store the rest on computer.

PROS: The ability to insert hard and soft pauses in saved phone numbers is a huge plus for me. I also love the 3 separate alarm clocks. The ability to drag and drop menus into your own order is great.
CONS: The outer shell (with the flame graphic) is not customizable. Also, you can't import your own ringtones. The keys are a bit hard to press. You can't change the ringing volume without going into the phone settings.
