I wouldn't recommend anyone to go in for this model if you live at a place with a lot of moisture. The phone is not resistant to moisture like other models. The 6270 is pretty good otherwise packed with great features.

PROS: Erm that's tough good points... it has bluetooth, it has a camera, it has... ok I give in. Oh if you charge it up fully and don't use it at all the battery life is excellent.
CONS: The battery life...there isn't one. The phone turns off for no apparent reason. Even if it has a full battery. The buttons work as and when the feel like it. The phone freezes a lot. The camera after a while starts to take blurry pictures. I could go on.

PROS: Easy to use, simple to set up, easy to download and upload stuff with USB cable.
CONS: Not happy with the camera quality - even when set to high quality

I note that there are some positive comments - but I equate this to the HONEYMOON period - had my daughter been asked to make a comment about the Nokia 6288 in the first few weeks - she would have rated it highly - ask her now and it's a big fat ZERO

PROS: Initially my teenage daughter was over the moon about her new Nokia 6288 mobile which we purchased as her Xmas gift...at a reduced price of NZ$299 (down from NZ$599)...then...DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION!
CONS: Our DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATION began when we loaded the software onto our computer but the software and the phone wouldn't 'recognise' each other therefore she was unable to load any music...we deleted and reloaded the software several times but the s
