"Great service, good support"
I just finished a two year contract with US Cellular and overall have been very pleased. I live in the Midwest but have traveled a bit to both coasts and places in between. I was always able to get a signal ... except in my house. I only switched
PROS: Seamless roaming; gave me unlock code; great store sales reps
CONS: Tech support no more knowledgable than Verizon's

"Best Plans for the family."
We were AT&T Customers at the turn of the century. When AT&T went to Cingular, the phone service went strange; we went shopping. US Cellular became our choice at that time, and have been for over four years. We have a family plan, at $20.00 more a m
PROS: Free Incoming calls, seven to seven nights and weekends.
CONS: Phone selection limited.

"Great service, decent phones, excellent coverage..."
As a customer of this great company for more than two years, I have had nothing but great service with them. First, I am now accustomed to seeing consistency in my bill, which is actually LESS expensive than my previous carrier. Now on to the phones.
PROS: NO ONE offers better coverage in Central Illinois...
CONS: Limited smartphone selection

"US Cellular military discount is bogus for National Guard and Reserves"
Hi, I just called and talked with a customer no-service rep and she informed me that ACCORDING TO U.S. CELLULAR POLICY, and she read it verbatim, that ONLY ACTIVE DUTY soldiers are eligible for the discount. So if you are a National Guard or Reserve
