PROS: Bought this phone for my daughter to use for certain occasions (8yrs old). She picked up how to use use it fairly quickly. I use it also for basic calls to & from work. Does the job just fine. I did add one of those antenna boosters, which helped.
CONS: As Kent said in the editors review, the menu navigation is a bit cumbersome, but not that bad.
