"VERSATILE PHONE - LIKE IT"
This phone is a great choice for those that have Verizon service & want a PDA with great features- without the "required $29.99" montly data plan.

PROS: I like this phone for its' ability to accurately sync with Outlook and with my Ford INSYNC Bluetooth. The phone is programmable (Windows 6.0) and upgradable to Windows 6.1. If you use voice-activated dialing, you will find this phone convenient.
CONS: External (speakerphone) speaker is usable but not good quality. If you are a heavy text messager- then you may find this phone's soft button features inconvenient. The ability to use VZ Navigator (Verizon GPS) has been allowed with Windows 6.1.

"Disappointing product - not as SMART as it claims"

PROS: Compact size
CONS: Not a smart phone. CANNOT do lots of simple functions such as reset call timers, change font type face, unable to hide contact list in SIM card resulting in duplicating viewing and lastly, VERY POOR customer service helpdesk!! Annoying in fact!

Building off the original Touch , HTC has seen fit to introduce a 3G version of its compact smartphone. Sitting in the middle of the market, the Touch 3G improves on its predecessor thanks to a far smoother user experience, but there is little else t
