Had my LG KP500 Cookie for 2 days and the inner screen has cracked. I have not dropped it, or abused it in any way, just kept it in my handbag ( away from other items!) The phone barely even has any fingermarks on it, let alone any signs of pressure!

It looks good, it always freezes I have had to send mine to get fixed it worked for a while then it crashed again... a nice looking phone but not reccomended to you as it will last a few weeks then crash. I do not recommend Motorola U9 .

PROS: I like this phone for its' ability to accurately sync with Outlook and with my Ford INSYNC Bluetooth. The phone is programmable (Windows 6.0) and upgradable to Windows 6.1. If you use voice-activated dialing, you will find this phone convenient.
CONS: External (speakerphone) speaker is usable but not good quality. If you are a heavy text messager- then you may find this phone's soft button features inconvenient. The ability to use VZ Navigator (Verizon GPS) has been allowed with Windows 6.1.
