"have waited so long to upgrade from this phone"
I???ve had the phone the life of the contract, and cannot wait to upgrade. This phone seems to lose calls before connecting more often than I???ve ever experienced with other phones (and I???ve had them all-Sprint, Cingular, and Verizon twice). And
PROS: thin, shiny, user-friendly (for the most part)
CONS: battery-life, no vibrate + ring function, slow menus
