Costume sizing is not accurate. Costume ran much smaller than specified. Length of blouse too short and part of the blouse is bigger on one side than the other. Poorly sewn. One of the items that is part of the costume was very large.

The items were received very quickly, the prices were good, and the shipping price was awesome. I will definitely use Celebrate Express again for my seven children's birthday supplies in the future. Thank you.

I registered a valid complaint and while my order was shipped in a timely fashion - it was never directly addressed.

Fantastic experience

A customer service rep was rude & when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me. I'm sure someone eles would be greatful to have her job.
