"Great..... when it works"

Fails to maintain or fulfill basic operating expectations. Have a backup computer handy if you get a zd7000.

"Customer service is terrible"

Their customer service sucks so bad it really doesn't matter how good or bad their product is. Ive had so many bad experiences with HP i wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.
