The idea of a simple device to record CD's from vinyl is good. Unfortunately, the quality of the sound is so bad that the unit is unusable for any purpose except furniture.

PROS: Appearance and cabinetry are very good.

CONS: Sound includes a background hum and radio signal, both AM and FM combined, which are clearly audible in all functions, including when the phonograph, casette or CD are playing. Crosley technical support did not respond to repeted requests for assistance.
