Second try

I previously ordered a less expensive version of this Sony tape recorder. It only lasted six months before it completely died. But, cassette tape recorders are hard to find, so I bought another, slightly upgraded Sony. So far, it works well and I like it.

USELESS: DO NOT CONFUSE THIS WITH TCM500DV

Noisy

Using the built in microphone picks up the noise of the motor as the tape winds. Unsatisfactory unless you use an external mic.
