Would not recommend
If you have a collection (more than six?) cassette tapes you wish to digitize, forget it. This will take you a month of Sundays to accomplish. I was lulled into the advertisement stating it digitized at 'high speed.' No way. It plays the cassette at

Great Product
Great product for someone like me who is looking for an easy, inexpensive way to salvage great music from the past. The quality of the output from the product is much better than I had hoped for.

Great value -- but be weary when using with Windows Vista
Great sound quality and a solid investment given it's price. My only problems was that it had serious conflicts with Windows Vista. I'm still not able to use it with my Vista Computer, and had to use it with my computer running XP. Customer suppor

Works Great - to reduce size of MP3 file I paired with Tongsofts 3D MP3 G2 Recorder
I take recordings in person on cassette tape. Then I make a duplicate tape for the person recorded and I make a digital MP3 file all at the same time. Because I am concerned about file size and I am doing voice instead of music, I paired the Tape2P

Tape speed too slow
I bought one of these Feb 2008 and discovered that lhs tape deck plays almost 4% slower than right. Took it back to shop and guess what? replacement has same fault. Gave up on it then.
