Everything you expect from high quality speakers, even though these are JL's entry level speakers! bass response is great as with the mids and highs. Put these in a car i sold to my brother.... should have taken them out. JL has yet to let me down

These speakers drew out parts of music that I wasn't hearing before. Very, very clear at ridiculously high volume. The woofer cones act like little subwoofers with the amount of bass response it can push out. I have to keep filter out the bass on
