just installed these in my 03 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, the 6x9 alpine spr's was a great choice for my install. i had to use the spacer brackets that came with the kit, the factory holes were too rounded off for the speaker to fit flush. plenty of room beh

Bought for my 2001 kia sportage, and installed with JVC head unit that is 20 watts RMS per channel. The factory speakers had better highs and lows. The factory speakers also produced more volume with less distortion than the kickers.
