This thing is a piece of junk. It does detect radar but just barley. Usually buy.com sells better products than this. If you want a decent radar detector for 40 dollars, buy a whistler. Cobra is another option; not that good but better than this.

Ive had this product for only 3 days and i think it has to be the best radar i have ever used. I have used many different kinds and this one is my favorite. IF IT BROKE AFTER A COUPLE YEARS I WOULD PROBABLY BUY IT AGAIN. I like everything about it.
