this is radar/laser detector, not a cop detector. if no radar/laser is being used by the officer, then it won't alert you. I've seen a few of my friends use this product. All are happy with it. I'm about to pick one up myself.

GREAT BUY
Lots of false alarms, but you get used to knowing which ones are true. Saved me from a TOn of tickets....great buy

Great Product
It's not going to go off every time you pass a cop just because you pass a cop hint hint radar detector it goes off when they run radar

This is a horrible product
Ok so I thought it was a good product when I first got it. But its not. I went passed cops and it didn't even do anything! I suggest to buy a more expensive one because it is better than a cheap one that doesn't work

Doesn't work
This thing detects only some cops......and doesn't even give u time to slow down....its a total waste of money...i got this during the black out friday and used it for 3 weeks........u hav a better eye than this detector....lolz

so far so good
I bought this a few weeks back and so far it's been great and plan to upgrade to the 12band with KU detection. It's dependable for the price. I would suggest like the other guy not blowing it off as a false alarm because alot of times it's not.

Great for the money
This radar detector is a great buy for the money. It can be a little sensitive in the city around stores, but it will pick up the police just fine.
