adequate to meet requirements but better ones out there

I bought this for my daughter and found that it is not flexible enough to contour to differing size and shape kids. its only upside is that its cheap. I ended up buying the mustang infant vest, it is much better made, much more customizable and...

The life vest fits well and seems to have adequate safety features. And my granddaughter loves the design/color/comfort enough to wear it without complaint.
