PROS: Compact size.Features such as USB connectivity, mp3 ringtones, and camera.
CONS: The sound on this phone is bad not as good as my old v400. It comes with a limited number of ringtones. Compact size is great, but the buttons are so crammed together that it becomes a hassle.

PROS: Need to keep phone in pocket at work. Size is good. Speaker is nice for voice mail. Very good reception. Good price $50 from Cingular. Ratings not complete, only had phone for 2 weeks.
CONS: Screen is hard to see in sunlight. Instructions not laid out too well for layman.
