Sounded like a good idea

I did not realize that this would not work with an I-touch until my new stereo was installed and I tried to demo my new stereo. Bad luck for me we had to install a new head unit which included a new cable. :( ... A rather expensive lesson.

Blaupunkt iPod® Connector Cable

Excellent accessory for a great radio brand. Does all it claims to do. You need to route the cable from behind the unit to reach where ever you are going to place your Ipod. If you are OK with this, then you should love this accessory.

The cable works fine with my old iPod -- sound quality seems good (how would I know after having to listen to my factory stereo with a blown out speaker for months before replacing with new equipment? everything sounds great now!) the minor issue is

Great Product

Easy to install, and once I realized I had to put my stereo on aux for the CD changer it worked perfectly. I had an FM transmitter before and this is definitely a better option. It works with my nano and ipod touch which I was really happy about.
