Shipment was lost in the mail. The company that it came from (eforce city?) was excellent in customer service. All Buy.com did was say that it was not there problem and had me contact eforce city. |

surprisingly, buy.com keeps the responsibility of getting the missed items from the manufacturer. I never buy any product from buy.com as i afraind of the similar approach for the future purchases. |

I raised the issue of combined shipping for 2 of the 3 items I ordered from Antonline, but the shipping didn't get combined after all. Also, one of the tips I ordered was the wrong one. |
