PROS: A lot of bells and whistles for power users. Many features that give to user complete freedom to create exciting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Excellent new features in Excel.
CONS: Too steep a learning curve for the average user. Not worth the effort to upgrade and learn unless you have a very specific need.
