"Easy set-up and does its job (sort of)"

Conceded, I have only had the device a day, but either it works or it doesn't, right? Set-up was pretty straight-forward following along with the wizard, which I didn't need, but made things easy enough. No option to change user name that I could f

"Great performance, range and value"

The wireless signal range on this netgear is twice that of the D-link DI-624 I had before. The signal reaches my laptop across double brick walls from one corner of the house to the backyard without any effort. All of its 7 antenna all hidden inside

"Deceptive beauty by a sneaky company (BBB-rated "F")"

The router has good signal strength and range -when it works. When it does not, most of the time, you deal with TERRIBLE technical support and TERRIBLE customer service. Worse: the company acted UNETHICALLY- NETGEAR waited until today, expiration dat

"Good at first, then terrible"

Worked great at first, but refused to allow a Macbook to join the network until we removed the password protection, so our network had to be naked or the Macbook was out. Then it started resetting itself whenever you tried to download a video or flas

"Returning my just-bought WPN825"

I bought the NetGear WPN824 to increase the signal strength to my upstairs home office. Despite all the claims of easy installation, it took more than 3 hours on the phone with the help of NetGear tech support, Apple tech support, and Comcast. I was

"Lasted less than 2 years with unreliable performance."

Lasted less than 2 years and had Inconsistent performance most of that time. Had trouble connecting to the internet and frequently dropped the connection once it was made. In the end, the Netgear router would not connect at all. I will not recommend

"This product is a piece of **** - stay away"

When you see this router - run for your life... I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to have this router. Netgear should be sued for being allowed to market such **** to us. Also, PC UNiverse, where I bought this from, only has a 30 day return period,

"Basic N Router"

Good basic N router, but do not spend very much for it. Mine was free via a sales contest at my work so I cannot complain but if i had spent the $80 this usually sells for I would have not been very satisfied with the usable features.

"Works very well"

I waited a week before I wrote this to confirm my initial results. I read many reviews before I bought this router, it had the overall best reviews and I based my purchase on them. I really like this piece of gear. Atheistically it's very cool, look
