locks up regularly requiring manual restart. Sometimes requiring re-configuration/reset. Performance just deteriorates over time. Total waste of many and effort. If it works for anyone else, great - but mine is destined for the trash....

I bought this and it lasted about 8 months then the performance degraded over the course of 2 months to zero. Significant packet loss, 45-80%, checked with wireshark. Checked the channels with netstumbler and found no other APs.

I was previously using a NetGear WGR614 as a WAP - It died after about a year and a half of use. With the WAP54G (V3), my laptop backs up to my desktop in about 1/3 of the time. No dropped connections. No complaints about the setup...
