"Works fine unless you upgrade your firmware"
My router turned into an unmitigated brick when I tried to upgrade the firmware (for the exact model and version as specified on their website). It was enough to make me avoid all their products.
PROS: None that put it above other brands.
CONS: It can turn into a brick

"Don't Buy IT"
I bought one - tried to install it, couldn't so I took it back to the store. They assured me it would work, so got the same thing, brought it home and tried to install it. I have spent several hours on the phone with linksys, they don't know what t

"Solid Device, Once Configured Works Forever"
This is a tough one for me, because frankly it works so well right now. This aging device has been the center of my home network for 2-3 years, and was a solid performer most of those years. Within the last 6 months we installed an always on media
PROS: Strong Encryption (WPA-PSK) Support, Works under intense conditions.
CONS: Had to get the right software installed, had network outages prior to latest software revision.
