Better than my double electric
I initially bought this pump only to use when & where I would find it difficult to use my Medela Pump in Style Advanced (double electric). But instead, I have found it so much more effective that I'm using it all the time now.

I purchased the Isis as a secondary pump for when my Pump In Style Advanced Breastpump wasn't quite necessary. I bring it to work daily for expressing, and have been quite pleased with the output I get. It seems to get the same if not more milk...

Great pump for the price but noisy!
This is a great manual pump. It is easy to use and pumps well. However, it makes this awful squeaky sound. It is loud enough that I don't pump late at night.... It is also embarrassing when you are trying to discretely pump in semi-public...
