The installation & rope light cutting & splicing instructions were not furnishing with the material. I will try to finf the information on-line. |

We recieved the order in good time, but when we did recieve the order and uncoiled it, some of the lights went out 10 minutes after plugging them in. I had not cut any of the rope yet. I called customer service and they had me unplug and switch the c |

Great Job! The only thing I would like to see is more of a discription on the opional equiptment for LED, controlers, ect, and no back orders. All and all great service! Thanks! |

I was disappointed that I could not connect the power cord (LED rope lights) to one leg of the t-connector. Their shipping rates are outrageously high!!!!! |

I am very satisfied with my product from Birddog Distributing Inc and very unsatisfied with FedEx. I got my product but not after much confusion. Aparantly the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong address-I thought someone had stolen it. We use UP |
