The Trakstand Ultra features Blackburn's patented Centriforce resistance unit with a centrifugal clutch for an amazingly smooth, silent and progressive resistance that feels just like a hard road ride. Unlike magnetic and fluid trainers that lose speed quickly, the Centriforce system has a smooth rollout when coasting so your pedal stroke feels more natural in the dead spots, or when you ease up on the pedals. The Ultra also features an adjustable height that allows the rear wheel to be as close as 0.5-inches to the ground so you don't have to prop up the front wheel. Constructed of a durable folding aluminum frame, Blackburn's Trakstand Ultra includes three different resistance curves for a custom feel, replaceable friction-resistance elements, and a five-year limited warranty.
