Ordered on 9/19 for delivery during the week of 10/19. I began followup efforts on 10/21 only to be told on 10/23 that the ordered item (bed) would not be available until 11/30. Had I know that earlier, I would have ordered a different daybed.

I was very pleased with the requested order.

Bed looks fantastic and I am very happy. Although I think the headboard posts should have leather on three sides not just on one side because you can see the black cloth and can only cover this cloth with pillows when bed made up.

Arrived quickly, easily put together and looks great! Wish bolts were included to attach frame to the bed though.

notified that order was received and would ship on said date. Then got tracking e-mail that info had been given to fed ex, However, when FED EX indicated that the package had not even been given to Fed EX as of the promised delivery date.
