It works,

Got this item for my mom and she liked how it has its own cover for protection. She previously had a square one without any curves so she will be getting used to this one but other than that itÂ¿s a great value!

The pillows are the closest I have felt to the real thing, at a wonderful price. They are a little on the flater side and would work best with a memory foam bed.

I've been using it for almost a month now and loving it! i used to wake up with neck pain after an accident. since i started using this pillow, no pain! Note: make sure you position the pillow so that the smaller roll is under your neck.
