The ordering process was a little confusing. I accidentally placed the same order twice because of a misleading message that popped up saying that my basket was empty, or something like that. |

I submit my order and did not receive it with any exoplanation or appologazy. I got email confirmation that my order has been placed . I still don't know, why my request has been ignore, but it is very bad service . |
