They would not allow me to reorder it through the mail. They credited my accont and said they were sorry. I would have to go through the mail order cataloge process again. This in my mind is not a very efficient procedure.

I had the DSC-V1 camera before and the battery charger for that camera would charge two batteries at one time. This charger does not do that but it should.
