These batteries are pretty good. I have no complaints with them, though I suspect that these mass produced commercial efforts are not the best on the market. But for value for money I stand by them, and so do many other fluffy pink...

It is an obsolete market gimmick to sell it for 1c (as of Mar 17 2005) while charge shipping PER ITEM. Plus, when you enlarge the product picture, it shows "best install by 2004".

- Duracell batteries really last quite a long time!
I've used these batteries my entire life in everything from Smoke Detectors, toys, flashlights...you name it! They are the unsung heros of electronic gadgets the world over.
