BN's DHL-to USPS = no delivery tracking, 16 day timeframe, and surly customer service!I have made my last order from bn.com. Placed an order on August 10. It isn't scheduled to ship until August 13. This is slow service. Called customer service to voice my dissatisfaction and received no reasonable explanation. I will not be ordering from Barnes & Noble again. |
