Free shipping and Upromise money back, too!I have had no trouble with this online store. However, I always check Amazon.com first. Amazon often has lower prices. If the price for an item is the same in both places, or if B&N has a lower price, I try to order from Barnes & Noble... |

Terrible online experience. Allow coupons at checkout and confirm and then raise price. Orders are not able to be cancelled even when unshipped. No money back returns at store. Very poor customer service.. Try somewhere else, I like overstock or... |
