I was impressed with the book. I am anxious to taste one of these recipes. I gave this book, along with the Kitchenaid ice cream maker, to my son and his wife. They were very excited to receive these gifts for Christmas!

Yummy goodness in a book!
This dessert book is awesome! While I recommend not using the egg bases they have because they get icy, the recipes themselves are tasty. I like that I can try any base I want until I find one I like, then just use one of these yummy recipes...

I bought this cook book with my Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. Works perfectly for the amount that fits in the icecream maker, and if you are experimental, it's a good place to start. Lots of good ideas, easy and pleasy. Best basic book I have seen.
