Golf bag shown on Ebay had a 6 way top. Bag received had a 14 way top. An email was sent to Backyard Golf asking if they had a bag with a 6 way top, NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL!!!!!!!! |

Customer support did not notify me of order status or shipment date until after I contacted them. When a part was missing, Jim was great at resolving the issue. I can send photos. Looks great and I really like the Pro Turf. |
