I ordered an item from these bozos on December 15th 2008, it is January 8th 2009, and I still have not received it. I have called 4 times, and everytime I get a different answer...all of which were lies. What a bunch of incompetent idiots!

Horrible Experience

Our order (promised for Christmas) did not arrive until the end of January. I called three times to arrange to return the package and was informed that a prepaid return label was in the mail. The label never arrived. Today, without ever informing...
