I made this order as a gift and althought I think it was more of a fallback on delivery I think you should know the box was completely open. Now I know that somethings happen along the way and the recipent said everything was there but I think that b |

DHL dropped the package off without trying to contact the recipient, who was at home at the time. The car seats were left out in the rain with a piece of plastic just draped over the boxes, which of course, blew off. The boxes were very wet. |

I was wildly impressed with BabyUniverse. I was told that I would receive my car seat on July 10th or close to it and I received it a week earlier! The choices were great and the website was easy to use. Thanks a BUNCH! |
