This system suffers from extremely low quality video and sound. The video is frequently filled with enough static that it makes it difficult to see the baby. Second, the sound is also very low quality - this is over about a 30 foot transmission...

If you need a video and a Sound monitor this is definitely NOT the right Monitor (So much static that there is no place for any sound from baby), Even if a video without any sounds is OK (even though the night vision works great) I still would not...
