This step stool worked great on my tile bathroom floor. I had young guest at the holidays--ages 8, 5 , and 3. Sometimes the floor got wet but the safe step did not slip....

- a little short
This is a really nice step, but better for older children. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she has a tough time reaching the faucet with this stool.

- Not as high as advertised
The step is generally OK and sturdy. So I would recommend it if you look for something lower. The description said 13 x 11.5 x 8 inches. We assumed that it is at least 8 inches high based on that which would be OK for our toddler....

- Safe step?
This step is safe to stand on but I don't like that the underneath is very rough. My Daughter fell on it after flipping the step over and it does hurt. The design could be better.
