Expensive but no other choice...

It should be an included accessory when you buy the Yamaha receivers. You don't have any other option if you want to use you Ipod with your receiver...!!!! I think Yamaha, makes good stuff....but it should have an universal conection for auxiliar...

itouch vs. i-see

I was under the impression that this would show the itouch screen and it did not! You do not see the album covers which is what I was looking for. However the interphase to use the remote to control the ipod is fairly good.

great quality but not durable

Yamaha receivers I've owned sound fantastic with wonderful dynamic range and low distortion.. However, of the 2 units I've owned, one needed repairs during the warranty and then NO problems, while the other keeps having problems past the warranty....
