TOO COSTLY

I didn't buy this....tho I could use it and want it. Just TOOOOO expensive for what it is! If money is not a problem...go for it. I spent $3500 on the Sony FX7 but refuse to spend this price for a "brace!"

Surprisingly useful

Entirely conforms to the underside of the FX1 - lightweight to a point where you forget its there. I found the flip up, flip down pad unexpedly comfortable, shooting a lot of quick hand-held quick takes - made for solid shots on the fly!

Not worth the money

Yeah it helps to keep the camera steady but it is worth $300.00?Not in my opinion. It looks more like a $80.00 item.
