Yamaha RX N600 A/V Receiver
At Smarter.com, we aim to ensure we give you the most sound buying advice possible. With our 'Cumulative Product Rating' system, in order for a product to receive a rating score, it must have a minimum number of ratings to qualify.
This system is not intended to diminish the value of products with a low number of ratings and reviews, they're great, and hopefully very helpful, but if you want our advice, we want to make sure that the product you're thinking of buying has been rated and reviewed by enough shoppers like you to be a valuable indicator of product quality.

"Just gotten the N600, I have realized that Yamaha builds some nice sounding receivers"
I like the receiver and it's worthwhile since I paid alittle under what most places offer it for...so yes, I did get a real deal...if you can find one, just take it, it's not exactly perfect with some of it's extras, but then you won't spend a mortga
PROS: Nice sounding, lots of extras
CONS: lack of HD stuff, but more inputs would be nice

PROS: Great sound quality, good amount of inputs

"I would buy something else but..."
Don't get me wrong. I would buy another Yamaha receiver (I just did for our second living room), but I wouldn't pay more for network capability. More of that now that we know that we can use the V-AUX as an input of our MP3 devices. I plug my sm
